Do I need to register or create an account to purchase?
You can directly purchase first and after you have made the payment
you will be given an option to create an account with us if you choose.
We deliver to Malaysian destinations as well as international.
Shipping within Malaysia is through the national courier, Poslaju and for international delivery is through Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel. You will be able to track your package for both methods. Once your items are sent, you can track through Poslaju here or Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel here
How much is the shipping cost ?
The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the item/s. Within peninsular Malaysia it starts from RM 6.00 and for Sabah and Sarawak starts from RM 8.00. We are currently offering a promotion of FREE delivery for purchases of RM 200 and above within Malaysia only.
For international delivery, the shipping cost will depend on your product
weight. Below are some guidelines on minimum shipping cost for selected
countries (does not include custom or import duties). This are subject to change from time to time.

How long does it take for delivery?
Once we receive your payment, standard delivery through Pos
Laju Malaysia ( only within Malaysia region) should arrive within 3
working days. Please do keep in mind that, during festive season it will
take more than 3 days for Pos Laju to deliver.
For international shipping, you can check the estimated time for the delivery here . Please keep in mind, for international shipping all transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport condition and volume of mail traffic.

Will I be charged customs and import duties for international delivery?
If there are any customs or import duties, it will be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. The recipient must pay the charges and we advised that you contact your local custom authorities regarding the prices of the customs and import duties.
What payment method do you accept.?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amex and within Malaysia, we also accept local bank deposit/transfers. If you are making payments via Visa, Mastercard and Amex, please select Paypal when you are making payment as they are our payment gateway.

How secure is your system when I make payment using my card
Our platform is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant, it is an industry standard on how to handle cardholder information, you can read more about it here. As for direct bank deposit for Malaysian customers, payments are made directly to the bank by you.
